John Wilkinson

A football analyst on Fox Sports, John brought to a close an international playing career spanning two decades in 2014.

John’s journey to Singapore began in the South west of England, where he played for Exeter City FC. He was scouted by a Singapore club to play in the S.League in 2002 and began his professional football career in Asia which includes Singapore, Thailand and India.

A Singapore international footballer from 2007 to 2010, John scored the first ever goal by a Singapore Club in the Asian Champions League. He was a winner of four S.League championships and two Singapore Cup titles. In 2011, he became the first foreign captain in the Thai Premier League and in 2013, became the first Singapore footballer to play in the I-League.

Stephen Langdown

As a lifelong athlete; Stephen began his journey as a Sprinter for Singapore in his youth, before taking up Muay Thai, while serving in the Singapore Police Force.

Initially, Stephen trained in Muay Thai as a means to keeping fit. Quickly falling in love with the sport, he also added Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to his training regime.
After competing in his first professional MMA fight in October 2013, Stephen continued his fighting career with ONE Championship, with a 2-2 record.

Highly motivated and dedicated to his clients, Stephen is driven by performance excellence.


Stephen’s success as a trainer is the result of being able to draw from his many disciplines while balancing functional, strength and cardio programmes that are unique and effective.
